GR Concept is a collaboration between two friends—Guma and Robot. Wiktor Żmijewski (Guma) comes from a background in post-production and editing, while Wojciech Filipienko (Robot) specializes in film production. Together, we joined forces to create a production company that helps brands and individual clients grow through thoughtful audiovisual content.

Wojciech Filipienko is a video creator and social media specialist, a graduate of the Mastershot film school. For over five years, he has been producing video, advertising, and social media content, combining his filmmaking experience with an understanding of contemporary online formats. His work emphasizes attention to detail, consistent visuals, and conscious storytelling, drawing inspiration from cinema, music, and urban culture.
Wiktor Żmijewski
Founder | Head of Postproduction
Wiktor is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in editing and post-production, with over six years of experience in music videos, commercials, and social media formats. He studied at the Catalyst Institute of Art and Technology in Berlin, where he spent three years developing his approach to image and storytelling. He runs his own post-production company, Finessethatfilm, focusing on attention to detail, strong visuals, and informed storytelling.
